- "Like a Sticky Sheet of Sandpaper" - thats it! In fact, you get 4 of them (for 2 pairs of shoes). PRO-S features a thicker and more durable material. It is Stiffer than the original, making it ideal for shoes with flat bottoms where contouring is not necessary. Compatable with sneakers & dress shoes alike. - Pro-S is designed for outdoor use - the gritty sandpaper texture will be slippery on hard surfaces like tile. Instead, it is ideal for carpet, grass and pavement.
- Expect 2-4 wears depending on your walking environment. Remember: these are a *sacrificial* surface - which means it is a protective layer just like rubber gloves for your hands (they aren't meant to last forever!) It is a barrier between the sole and the pavement. If you want them for "daily wear" you will need end up replacing them quite often- maybe even daily depending on your mileage.

Both are be removable, so you can easily peel off for a replacement.
