Item Details:
Tweco® Tapered Short Stop Copper Nozzle with 0.375" bore size is designed for standard gas diffuser for use with up to 250 A Tweco® no.2 MIG guns. 3.015" Nozzle with 3/4" OD is ideal for use in light to medium duty welding application up to 250 A. It features part number rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Nozzle will easily slide over the standard nozzle insulator. It can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Nozzle with flush contact tip is best suited where a shorter electrical stick-out is used sometimes resulting in shorter/tighter arc lengths and is made of 122 DHP copper alloy. It has nozzle housing, which is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing. Nozzle is sold as 2 per pack.

- Protruding Tips are generally used when welding open root pipe or any joint that requires the welder to get into a tight weld joint. However the down side to this is the chance of arcing the tip to the work piece, which could damage front end parts resulting in downtime needed to replace
