Carved in the USA from highly durable American Yellow Birch Wood & oiled with food-safe Corn oil. No other ingredients! To Use: Place the rounded part of the crack & peel firmly in the palm of your hand. Press down on a whole Garlic bulb to separate the cloves, on single Garlic cloves to pop so their skins slip off, and/or to crush nuts or spices. The crack & peel can also be turned over and used as a pestle. To Clean: Hand-wash and thoroughly dry. Rub the Crack & Peel down with a food-safe oil of your choice occasionally, as you would a wooden cutting board. Never soak or put in dishwasher. This product is carved of natural wood and therefore vartiations in pattern and color are to be expected.
